1. Apple’s standard licence
For Kovi distributed through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app licence unless a valid custom licence is supplied with the App Store listing. It covers matters such as permitted devices and usage, licence restrictions, and other app-distribution terms.
2. Kovi services and privacy
Our terms of service govern Kovi’s services, including meal planning and online features. Our privacy policy explains data processing. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. If there is a conflict about the App Store app licence, the applicable Apple licence takes precedence for that licence.
